Aspiring Administrators Academy (AAA) is a leadership development program designed for ILTexas teachers, Grade Level Administrators (GLAs), and Assistant Principals (APs) who are committed to growing into future GLAs, APs, and Principals. AAA equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to lead with excellence—within our schools, across the field of education, and in their personal and professional lives. Through targeted training, mentorship, and hands-on experiences, AAA cultivates confident, mission-driven leaders who are ready to serve and inspire the next generation of ILTexas students and educators.
