Late Hire Bonus:
The Late Hire Bonus applies to any Teacher hired on or after July 16, 2024. For the SPED Teacher Late hire bonus, it was increased to $6,000 effective on August 27, 2024. Only one Late Hire Bonus per teacher. The Special Education Teacher Late Hire Bonus will be paid out in equal segments on the employee’s paycheck throughout the year. All other Late Hire Bonuses will be paid out as a one-time payment on the employee’s November paycheck.

- STAAR/EOC Tested Grade/Subject Teachers (divided as applicable based on course load) $5,000
- Math, Science, and English/RLA Teachers: $3,000
