At ILTexas, having a current and professional headshot on our website helps foster trust, transparency, and a strong sense of community. Families, students, and stakeholders should be able to recognize and connect with the team members who serve them. An up-to-date headshot ensures we are representing our campuses and organization with excellence, both internally and to the public.

ILTexas Staff Headshot Requirements

To ensure consistency and professionalism across all ILTexas materials, please follow the guidelines below when submitting your staff headshot:

Photo Specifications:

• File format: JPEG or PNG

• Minimum size: 1000 x 1000 pixels (high resolution, not pixelated or blurry)

• Orientation: Portrait (vertical), centered with head and shoulders visible

• Background: Solid, neutral-colored background (white, gray, or light blue preferred)

• Lighting: Bright, even lighting (no harsh shadows or filters)

Appearance Guidelines:

• Dress code: Professional attire (in line with ILTexas dress code); or ILTexas-branded apparel are encouraged

• Expression: Friendly and approachable; no sunglasses, hats, facial piercings or distracting accessories

• Framing: Full face visible, eyes open and looking at the camera, head not cut off. Selfies and AI photos are not allowed.
