We are honored and excited to introduce Michelle Kelley as the new Principal of ILTexas College Station K-8, beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.

With more than 22 years of experience in education, Principal Kelley brings with her a deep well of wisdom, a heart for service, and a steadfast commitment to building strong, supportive school communities. A mother, wife, sister, and lifelong educator, she embodies the values of compassion, communication, and excellence that define ILTexas.

Principal Kelley first joined the ILTexas family in 2018, serving as a second-grade teacher and Grade Level Administrator during the founding year of our campus. Since then, she has become a cornerstone of our school’s leadership—most recently serving as Middle School Assistant Principal, where she has been a powerful advocate for both students and staff.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Communication (2003) and a Master’s degree in Administration (2022). These credentials, combined with her hands-on leadership experience, make her uniquely equipped to guide our campus with clarity, empathy, and vision.

But beyond her impressive qualifications, it is Michelle Kelley’s heart that sets her apart. She believes deeply in the power of relationships and is committed to creating an environment where every student is seen, every teacher is supported, and every family feels heard.

As we move forward, Principal Kelley is eager to partner with you—to listen, to learn, and to lead. She understands that building trust requires transparency, open communication, and consistency, and she is fully dedicated to those principles.

Outside of school, Michelle finds joy in reading, relaxing by the pool or in the snow, and spending meaningful time with her daughter, five bonus children, and step-grandchildren. She brings the same warmth and care from her home life into every interaction she has at school.

We are confident that with Principal Kelley at the helm, College Station K-8 is poised for a bright, unified, and inspiring future.

As we previously announced, Principal Zachary Bolzan will finish out this school year in College Station before transitioning to his new role as Executive Director of Development at the ILTexas Headquarters office. Principal Kelley will begin her principalship on June 1, 2025.
