ALLY CRUTCHER

Mr. Eddie Conger, Founder and Superintendent of International Leadership of Texas, was interviewed on a DFW-based podcast as ILTexas grows in the Tarrant market this year.

The "About Mansfield" Podcast, focused on news, talk and information about Mansfield, TX, featured ILTexas as part of its local education coverage. ILTexas Heritage K-8 will open in Mansfield this summer, welcoming 1,416 students for the 2024-2025 school year.

"About Mansfield" Co-Host Steve Cosio and Mr. Conger discussed the ILTexas mission - to prepare students for exceptional leadership roles in the international community by emphasizing servant leadership, mastering the English, Spanish and Chinese languages, and strengthening the mind, body, and character - and what makes ILTexas unique. Mr. Conger's service in the military helped to inspire the Leadership and Language pillars of ILTexas, and the charter's motto, "Others Before Self." Mr. Conger explained how learning to lead in a multicultural and multilingual world helps give students incredible opportunities, from domestic and abroad camps and internships, to college scholarships and niche career paths.
