Congratulations to Isaiah Kornegay, a senior at ILTexas Aggieland High School, on being selected as Under-Secretary of Conference for the 2025-2026 YMCA TXMUN State Secretariat!

This leadership role places Isaiah among a select group of students who will help guide and organize the statewide Model United Nations conference. His appointment reflects both his dedication to global awareness and his strong leadership within the MUN community. Model UN is an important part of our leadership-focused curriculum, bringing classroom learning to real world application.

Earlier this year, AHS was honored as a Premier Delegation High School at the YMCA State Model UN Conference. Isaiah also earned individual recognition as a Secretariat Member, standing out among peers from across Texas.

We are proud to celebrate Isaiah’s achievement and the example he sets for his classmates. His commitment to leadership and diplomacy is a true reflection of the ILTexas mission to prepare students for leadership roles both locally and globally. We can’t wait to see the impact he will make during the 2025-2026 TXMUN season!
