On Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10:00 AM - 2:00PM, ILTexas students from the DFW area are invited and encouraged to attend the ASP College Kick Off, hosted at WT White High school - 4505 RIdgeside Drive Dallas, Texas 75244

ASP College Kick Off is a Saturday event that brings together college admissions officers, students, and parents for admissions workshops, presentations, and conversations to help everyone prepare for the college admissions and college transition process. These small group workshops allow students and admissions officers to have in-depth conversations about the various aspects of the college admissions process.

This event is open to students in grades 9-12 but must register in advance. Click here to register.

Our partnership with Academic Success Program (ASP) provides ILTexas students and their families unprecedented access to college advisors who assist them and their families through every step of the admissions process - all at no cost.". ASP works with all key players -- including students, parents, teachers, counselors, administrators, and college admissions officers to gain higher education access for our students, with a focus on those who are first-generation, low-income, and/or underrepresented minorities.
