The "Garland Gladiators" showed up with purpose and left with victory at the McKinney Lions Cub Challenge! From the moment they stepped onto the field, the Gladiators brought unmatched energy, teamwork, and discipline.

Competing against 12 tough JROTC teams from across the region, Garland’s cadets made their mark in nearly every event, bringing home 7 out of 12 First Place trophies, along with 2 Second Place medals and 1 Third Place medal. The Gladiators placed in all but two events, as a true testament to their consistency, strength, and drive.

From tug-of-war to the intense SgtMaj Lion Heart Relay, tire flip challenge, and push-up competition, every cadet gave it their all by lifting each other up, motivating their teammates, and showing what it truly means to be Gladiator Strong.

A large group of people, mostly young adults, are gathered together on a sports field, some sitting on the ground while others stand around them, all wearing black shirts and appearing to be part of a team or organization.

The Garland Gladiators didn’t just compete - they dominated. We're proud of our eagles for their hard work!
