International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) is celebrating significant academic achievement and growth following the release of the 2026 Texas Education Agency Accountability Ratings, with 10 campuses earning an A and every ILTexas high school earning an A or B.

The results come as ILTexas also posted significant charterwide improvement, earning an 81/B overall rating, a seven-point increase from 74/C in 2025. Of the 44 ILTexas campuses rated by TEA, 30 earned an A or B.

The results are particularly strong at the secondary level:

• 100% of ILTexas high schools earned an A or B

• 50% of ILTexas high schools earned an A

• 83% of ILTexas middle schools earned an A or B

• 88% of ILTexas middle and high schools combined earned an A or B

ILTexas high schools posted an average accountability score of 90, while four of ILTexas' eight high schools earned an A:

• ILTexas Katy-Westpark High School — 97

• ILTexas Aggieland High School — 95

• ILTexas Keller-Saginaw High School — 94

• ILTexas Garland High School — 92

The remaining four high schools earned B ratings, meaning every ILTexas high school earned an A or B in 2026.

Middle schools also delivered strong results, with 15 of 18 earning an A or B, including six A-rated campuses: ILTexas Grand Prairie, Garland, Houston Orem, Keller, North Richland Hills and Richmond middle schools.

The 2026 ratings also demonstrate substantial year-over-year improvement across the charter.

Several campuses made dramatic gains, led by ILTexas Lancaster Middle School (+38 points), ILTexas Grand Prairie Elementary School (+30), ILTexas Liberty High School (+22) and ILTexas Woodhaven Middle School (+22).

Student growth and closing achievement gaps remain areas of strength across ILTexas. Twenty-eight campuses earned an A or B in Closing the Gaps, while 27 earned an A or B in Academic Growth.

These results also reflect ILTexas' commitment to expanding access to academic excellence. ILTexas Houston Orem Middle School earned an A with an overall score of 90 while serving a student population that is nearly 87% economically disadvantaged. ILTexas Liberty High School, where approximately 95% of students are economically disadvantaged, earned a B.

With 11 A-rated campuses, 100% of ILTexas high schools earning an A or B and a seven-point increase in the district's overall score, the 2026 accountability results reflect the dedication of ILTexas students, teachers, staff, leaders and families across Texas.

As ILTexas continues its mission to prepare students for exceptional leadership roles in the international community, these results demonstrate continued progress toward academic excellence across the charter.

 Complete 2026 accountability ratings for schools and districts across Texas will be available on TXschools.gov beginning at noon on August 14.

Note: TEA reports and rates ILTexas elementary and middle school programs separately for accountability purposes, even when they operate together on the same K–8 campus; as a result, the number of TEA-rated campus entities is higher than the number of physical ILTexas campuses.
