This year marks the 250th Birthday of the United States Marine Corps, a momentous milestone celebrating centuries of courage, leadership, and service. At International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas), we proudly honor the legacy of the Marines and the values they exemplify: discipline, integrity, and “Others Before Self.”

The ILTexas mission is deeply connected to the spirit of service, and we are especially proud that many members of our ILTexas family, including our Founder and Superintendent, Eddie Conger, are Marine veterans. Their leadership and example continue to inspire the next generation of servant leaders across our campuses.

Our MCJROTC programs also carry this proud legacy forward, shaping young leaders through discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

As we commemorate this 250-year tradition, we extend our deepest gratitude to all Marines—past and present—for their service and sacrifice.
