HOLLY NORRIS
At ILTexas, our mission is to develop leaders with strong minds, bodies, and character while preparing them for international citizenship. Red Ribbon Week fits perfectly into this mission by encouraging students to make healthy, drug-free choices and to lead by example.

Leadership in Action
Red Ribbon Week gives students, faculty, and staff a chance to practice servant leadership, support their peers, organize awareness activities, and promote positive choices. Choosing to stay drug-free is not just a rule; it is a leadership decision that impacts both themselves and their community.
We recently hosted a Red Ribbon Week Celebration at ILTexas DFW Headquarters. Check out more pictures here!
Mind, Body, and Character
-
Mind: Students learn the risks of substance abuse and how to make informed decisions.
-
Body: Healthy choices help students stay active and strong.
-
Character: Living drug-free builds responsibility, integrity, and respect for others.
International Perspective
ILTexas students are prepared to be leaders at home and internationally. Multilingual awareness activities and community engagement during Red Ribbon Week help students practice leadership and responsibility in ways that go beyond the classroom.
By connecting Red Ribbon Week to our mission, students learn, lead, and serve, reinforcing the values that make them strong, capable, and confident leaders.
